Slow News Day is a Good News Day when you're talking injuries. Not a ton to report as we inch closer to preseason week 1.
Kansas City lost a key part of their defense in Daniel Sorensen to knee injury. Reports are that he DID NOT tear his ACL, but he will be having surgery. He's expected to miss the preseason and the early part of the regular season.
Same division, same postion, same problems... The Raiders now have 5 out of 8 of the safeties in camp out for one reason or another. Melifonwu was a 2nd day pick for Oakland last year and has a good shot at starting at FS this season if he can stay on the field.
Xavier Rhodes and Stefon Diggs missed practice but were 100% healthy apparently. Zimmer don't put up with no shit, and I guess he put them into timeout for the day after some jawing and whatnot.
